Hello families, This week in Social Studies students continued to share about their cultures with the class. I love seeing the confidence and pride each student has shown when sharing. We also explored things that we like and dislike! 

Hello families, This week we  enjoyed the recent snowfall through lots of play and ensuring we are dressed for the weather by keeping track of our personal belongings such a mitts, hats, and snowpants!

Hello families, This week was a very short but busy one! We learned about the Mi'kmaq seasonal cycle and what signs of nature they look at to reflect the season!  

Hello families, This week we learned about Remembrance Day and why we wear poppies. We also read the poem In Flanders Field  and created art using multimedia, backed on the newspaper article where the poem was first printed in December 1915.
